What this is. Chamber 23 is a membership network for Maine cannabis businesses, with a media studio at the centre of it. Growers, brands, retail shops, and the service companies around them pay a monthly fee to join. In return they get professional photo and video of their product, a room full of people running the same kind of business, introductions to shops across the state, and an audience that Chamber 23 builds and points at their work. The network never takes a percentage of anyone's sales.

Why it exists. Maine grows cannabis that competes with anywhere in the country, and almost nobody outside the state knows it. Individually, no small operator can afford to market their way out of that. Together, they can — and the same audience that makes Maine cannabis worth knowing about makes it worth traveling for, because out-of-state patients can legally buy here and product can't be shipped out.

What this page is. The build tracker. Everything that has to be true before the first member is asked for money, and where each piece currently stands. Nothing here is public-facing — it's the working record.

Sharp Edges

the defect log···

Not a scratchpad — this is for what's actually wrong. A piece of the model that doesn't hold up, a number that doesn't work, an assumption nobody has tested. Name it here while it's still cheap to change.

Live work that hasn't been folded into the record yet. The hub stays stable so it can be read and referenced; anything here is still moving. When a piece settles it gets folded in and marked off.
